Favourite Photo Friday – 26/7/13

This week it’s not so much a favourite photo, but a collection of a few photos……  We had been watching a bit of the Tour de France.  Not as much as 2 years ago, when Astrid was a tiny newborn and I was up all night with her. That year we watched pretty much the whole thing!  We had been avoiding staying up late watching too much, but got a bit suckered in during the final week.  Astrid enjoyed watching the replays of an evening and claimed the riders ‘ride up big mountains, just like Daddy’!  If only Daddy rode up mountains quite as quickly 🙂

At any rate it was lovely to see places we had been not so long ago, gracing our screens on a nightly basis. The final stage was particularly memorable as the riders zoomed around streets we had walked many a time. As the Tour drew to a close we could reminisce about our time in Paris. So here are a few photos that jogged some memories this week!
