At 5.5 half months Søren has finally figured out the rolling caper, this week!  Unlike his lazy bum sister, who as a baby had no interest in rolling until almost 8 months, he has been close since about 2 months of age.  Well, this week he figured out how to get that pesky shoulder out from under him, and in one afternoon learnt to roll from front to back and back to front. A day later and he was doing it at will………. You put him one way up and he will immediately flip the other, and squeal with delight!

Another day later and Søren figured out that if you push forward on your legs you can move forward.  He hasn’t quite got the commando crawling working in a coordinated manner yet, but within a few days he will be well and truly on the move.

It’s the beginning of the end…….. I knew he was going to be trouble, but we were hoping for a little longer of being able to find him where we left him!

This week’s photos are Søren showing off his new skills!

The concentration tongue….
