We just had a long weekend in Melbourne. We decided it had been awhile since we visited Melbourne and Astrid would probably love a visit to the zoo and aquarium, so a few months back we booked some cheap flights when they were available and found a good hotel deal and we were on our way for 4 days of fun.

I’ve only just grabbed all the photos off my camera and have yet to do much with any of them, other than a quick sort.  Today’s Friday photo is a series of 3 that caught my eye as I was importing the photos yesterday. They were taken at the zoo, while Astrid was riding on Anto’s shoulders and looking at the gorillas and monkeys.  Despite being deathly tired from being up most of the night before she still had a great time at the zoo.  Lucky, since she had been talking about it non-stop for weeks beforehand.
