Favourite Photo Friday – 24/4/15

I’ve been a bit slack with the photo taking and photo blogging in the last week. The weather here has been awful – wind, rain, sleet and lots of cold! Not great for the school holidays. We have spent plenty of time inside. That has also left plenty of time for cooking and the kids favourite, baking!

It is my sisters birthday this coming weekend and she requested a cheesecake, so a baked London cheesecake we made! My little baking assistants are only too happy to help, and they are very cute, and very efficient at taste testing. This weeks favourite photos are from our cheesecake making session. I love the intense concentration required to both mix and lick beaters! Yes Søren
